RETURN POLICY
Due to the non-returnable nature of this service, we do not accept returns on any orders. All sales are final.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds are accepted, except as set out in this Refund Policy:
Cancellations - Order cancellations cannot be accepted after payment has been received. Upon payment, orders are sent to word processing.
All paid service and processing fees are non-refundable.
Technical Issues - Refunds are not accepted if there is a technical issue with the electronic delivery of your completed order.
If there are any technical issues with the electronic delivery of your PDF file (digital version - FREE), a paper version (hard-copy) of your typed finished document will be shipped to the mailing address that you provided in the Order form. A $12.00 shipping charge applies and will be billed to you to cover the shipping cost and must be paid prior to mailing. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for more information and additional details.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Please proofread your typed document to catch any grammatical errors, misspellings, faulty punctuation, syntax and/or typographical errors.
We offer a One-Time, No Charge option for any minor corrections to your completed typed document within 10 days of the delivery date of your order. There is no processing fee. Please refer to the Document Corrections, Changes & Pricing section on our Pricing page for more information and details on how to get any corrections made.

Important Note - date completed and date sent does not mean the delivery date or date that you received your order. Technical issues, shipping problems, and various matters beyond our control can affect order delivery dates and times.
