HOW TO ORDER - ONLINE TYPING SERVICES

TO USE OUR SERVICE -

We use a secure message portal for sending and receiving electronic documents. You will need to sign-in to the secure message portal to view and access your order information and electronic documents.

Please Note: At this time, typing services are available only within the contiguous United States.

HANDWRITTEN DOCUMENTS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

All pages in your handwritten document are legible. If you’re unsure whether your handwritten pages are legible or not, please refer to the Order Form Requirements & Legibility Questions section on our Frequently Asked Questions page for additional information and helpful tips. Submissions that are illegible are not accepted.
All pages in your handwritten document are numbered. This will assist us with navigating through your order while it is being processed.
All format settings in your handwritten document are specified if different from the default settings. For a guideline on document format settings and defaults, click here. Also, please see our Pricing page and the Document Format Settings Questions section found on our FAQs page for any additional information and helpful tips.
If you would like an order for online typing services completed by a specific date, please Contact Us to inquire before submitting your order.

DOCUMENT SCAN & FILE REQUIREMENTS INFORMATION

There are many ways to scan a document. Some of the ways include using a document scanner or a printer with a built-in scanning feature. Most smartphones can use the built-in camera to capture and scan a document and save it as a PDF file.

File attachment requirements include file size limits and file document types.

ORDER FORM

PLEASE BE SURE TO ENTER ALL OF THE REQUIRED INFORMATION CORRECTLY INTO THE ORDER FORM.

(Order Form submissions that are incomplete or incorrect will not be able to be processed).

Provide Order Form Information:

Your First & Last Name*
Your Complete Mailing Address* - a paper version of your typed finished document will be mailed to you if there are any technical issues with the electronic delivery of your PDF file (digital version - FREE). Shipping charges apply and must be paid prior to mailing. Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Return & Refund Policy for details.
Email Address* - best email to contact you for questions, invoice & electronic delivery.
Total number of pages in your handwritten document.*
Specify all of your Document Format Settings* (if different from the default). For a guideline on document format settings and defaults, click here.
Choose a Method of Delivery* from the list below:

PDF File for an electronic delivery (digital version - FREE)
Ship My Order for a (paper version - $12)
Both for ($12)

SUBMIT YOUR HANDWRITTEN DOCUMENT IN ONE OF TWO WAYS:

Option 1 - Submit the Order Form (without) your file attachment. (To better protect your privacy use this option).

After you've entered all of the required information in the Order Form (without your handwritten document attached), click on the SUBMIT button.
If you submit the Order Form (without) a file attachment, you will receive an email with instructions on how to submit your handwritten document using the secure message portal.

Option 2 - Submit the Order Form (with) your file attachment.

After you've entered all of the required information in the Order Form, click on Select files to attach your handwritten document. When done click on the SUBMIT button.
If you submit the Order Form (with) a file attachment, you will receive either a Night Owl Typing email invoice or an email with information regarding the status of your order.

File Attachment Requirements - individual files cannot exceed 10 MB. If multiple files are uploaded the total cannot exceed 15 MB.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

We'll send you an email from SUPPORT@NIGHTOWLTYPING.COM with instructions on how to sign-in to the secure message portal to view your email message and access your online order information.
