ELECTRONIC DELIVERY -
A digital version of your typed document will be emailed to you as a PDF File. (Available only within the contiguous United States at this time).
IMPORTANT NOTE: If there is a technical issue with the electronic delivery of your PDF file (digital version - FREE), a paper version (hard-copy) of your finished typed document will be shipped to the mailing address that you provided in the Order Form. (Shipping charges apply). Please see the Shipping section below for details.

A paper version (hard-copy) of your finished typed document will be shipped to the mailing address that you provided in the Order Form for one of two ways:

At this time, we only ship within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

PO Box or APO/FPO address
Sorry, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses at this time.
Delivery Times
Delivery times for shipping are not guaranteed. Estimated delivery times are determined based on the method of shipping and the destination of the order.
Average delivery times are 1-3 business days.
Expedited shipping is available upon request and at a higher cost.
Tracking number for shipping
We will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can track your order's status using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Re-shipping terms
If your order needs to be reshipped, you or someone at your address must sign for the delivery. If you can't sign for your order and need someone else to sign for it, please provide us with the name of the person who will be signing for your delivery by completing the HELP form and sending it to us. Alternatively, you can send their name to us by replying to your orders shipping & delivery confirmation email through the secure message portal.
Shipping delays and disruptions
Uncontrollable events, such as weather, natural disasters and local restrictions related to COVID-19 may disrupt delivery schedules.
Shipping issues and problems
All sales are final. We do not allow refunds or order cancellations due to any shipping delays and/or disruptions such as uncontrollable events (e.g., weather, natural disasters and local restrictions related to COVID-19 that may disrupt delivery schedules) or any holiday season. If your order is late due to the shipping carrier, we will not send another package until a shipping dispute is resolved.
If there is a delivery problem with your order, please let us know by completing the HELP form and sending it to us. Alternatively, you can reach out to us by replying to your orders shipping & delivery confirmation email through the secure message portal and we will contact the shipping carrier to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Risk of loss Orders will be shipped to an address designated by you. All shipped orders from Night Owl Typing LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such orders pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Lost in transit
If your order is lost in transit we will send you another order as soon as we resolve the shipping problem with the shipping carrier. We will make our best effort to resolve any issues like this expeditiously.
